Beautiful Hands and Feet:
Your face might get noticed first but what you forget (rather tend to) is your hands and feet which get the maximum exposure to the environment. The result is, your hands & feet look years older than the rest of you. Some simple dos at home are all it takes to have beautiful hands and feet.

Here are some easy and useful Do it yourself manicure and pedicure at home:
1. Firstly, take out as many cotton balls as needed and douse each fingernail with nail polish remover, until your whole fingernail is your natural true color.
2. Soaking the cuticle is necessary if you plan to remove a bit of excess cuticle. Soak the nails in plain warm water. Push back cuticles with a stick. You can also cut cuticles, but to do so you may invite infections too. So be cautious.
3. Trim toenails carefully, using nail clippers.
4. Scrub to massage your feet, legs, hands, and arms. Rinse your hands first and then take time to use a pumice stone to buff away calluses and rough areas on the bottoms of your feet. Then rinse the scrub off your feet and legs.
5. Lastly, moisturize you hands and feet with a thick moisturizing hand cream or a foot cream for your foot.
6. Try to be very careful when applying Nail Polish. Try using even strokes and take no hurry. Once the first coat dries apply the following layer for brighter. To add extra glint, a third coat finish work. Wait for nail polish dry after each coat you put.
