While buying products, Users/customers should ensure that they have selected items for purchase, based on the details available on the site applying their prudence. Once the products/items have been purchased (payments made), the same would be treated as completion of the said transaction and the products/goods sold. Such products/goods/items would not be accepted back either by the Seller or by health-shoppe.com.
Hence there would not be any refund of the transaction value. Only on the event of the purchased products reaching a customer in damaged/broken condition, the same has to be intimated immediately to the courier company followed by an email notification to care@health-shoppe.com mentioning details of the Bill/Invoice, AWB no. etc and nature of damage/breakage. On receiving such intimation, the same would be forwarded to the respective manufacturer/Vendor who shall be solely responsible to replace the said product(s) within 21 days of such notification. In case replacement product(s) are out of stock or such replacement is not possible, only the value of the product(s) damaged/broken in transit shall be credited to the concerned customer's account and duly notified to him/her by email.
Hence customers are requested to verify that the product(s) received by them after purchase have reached them in good condition. On having accepted the shipment from the courier company by the customer, it would be deemed that the said shipment has reached in good condition hence no refunds or returns whatsoever would be entertained by health-shoppe.com or any of its partner vendors thereafter.
