Q. Can I view the product or have a demo personally before I purchase?

All products on the health-shoppe.com site are displayed giving complete and accurate details in terms of features, pack size, indicative image etc and the customers are requested to view the details and place an order accordingly. Being an online portal and not a retail store, we do not have products that may be physically viewed. However you may visit a retail store nearby to determine the quality of the product subject to its availability in retail outlets.
Q. Can I come to the office of health-shoppe.com and pick the item(s) by paying in cash/Cheque etc?
A. health-shoppe.com is an online portal wherein products are displayed and payment is done online itself. Post approvals of the order, these items are delivered to the shipping address by courier as provided by the customer. We do not have a warehouse in HO, wherein the customers can come and view the products and pay for the same by cash/cheque. All orders are accepted over the net only and delivered via courier.
Q. What is a Wish List?
A. A Wish List serves as a temporary shopping cart where a customer can put aside selected products for a later purchase. The items listed under the wish list are visible for a period of 75 days and can be added to 'buy now' at the time of payment.
At any point of time, if a customer would like to see the items listed under his/her Wish List, then click on the 'Wish List' link provided at the right bottom of the home page of health-shoppe.com.
Q. I want to make a purchase, how do I go about it?
A. Once you have decided what you would like to buy, please follow the instructions given below to place your order:
• Select the quantity (by default it is one for most items) of items you want to buy
• Then click on the ' Buy Now ' button/link below the item that you want to buy.
• If you are a first time shopper, you will need to create a login account where you will have to give us details about yourself, such as shipping address, contact details, email address etc.
• If you are a registered shopper and have shopped before with us, Login in the ' Existing Users' login area.
• You can choose to send the order to the address as specified by you at the time of registration or choose to 'send to a different address' or you may choose to send the product that you have purchased as a gift to be delivered to that different address.
• Enter the shipping address and the message you would like to be sent with the gift. You can either choose from the drop down list of address or you can enter the address.
• Choose the payment option as applicable by you and fill in the required fields.
• Click on 'Complete Payment' to receive your health-shoppe.com Order Confirmation number.
• Please remember your order confirmation number, as this will help us easily identify your order if you have any questions in the future. A. At health-shoppe.com a preset method of calculation of the shipping charges across all categories of products is done. Details are as below:
• The shipping charge is calculated based on the size of the product and the delivery city.
• The size of the product is determined based on the gross weight of the product displayed online.
• The system reads the destination city as entered by the customer and the gross weight.
Based on the above criteria’s, the shipping charge is calculated and displayed on the payment page
Q. Will I be charged separately for each product that I buy under one order?
A. An order can consist of a single product or of multiple products of a single or multiple brands. The shipping charges are calculated separately against each product. You will be able to view the total cost of your order inclusive of shipping charges as applicable before completing the “Proceed to Pay”/check out process.
Q. Will I get any discount if I order for more than one quantity for any item(s) I want to buy?
A. There are no discounts offered for products purchased in more than one quantity. If yours is a corporate order, then please get in touch with our vendor team and your order will be dealt with separately. However for placing an order online, the charges will be as mentioned per unit. The shipping charges too are applicable per unit. Discounts are applicable only on certain items which are clearly communicated on the site, including the type or amount or %age of discount applicable on those specific items. If you choose to buy from these products, you will get the mentioned discount in the cart.
Q. Are there any hidden costs apart from the product price and shipping charges?
A. At the time of placing your order, the cart page & the payment page will display the total product price and the shipping charges as applicable. This is the amount that is due to be paid by you. There are no hidden costs and all chargeable amounts are featured before the payment/checkout page.
