Use deodorants, talcum powders and perfumes. If allergenic to these use a deodorant soap to fight against body odor due to sweating.

Change your clothes after each bath, do not repeat the unwashed clothes. Wear cotton clothes as they soaks sweat easily. Foot spray, shoe spray will be helpful to avoid foot odor. You can also dust a talcum powder before wearing a shoe.

Essential oil kills bacteria. Add 5 drops of each to bath water. Avoid spicy, Refined, processed foods. Eat healthy food that contains loads of fiber, whole grains, wheat, soy products and green leafy veggies. Also remember to eat less meat and dairy product during summers.
