Let your heart guide you. It whispers, so listen closely.

Heart that pumps blood in the body by which every organ of the body gets its nourishment. So it is a vital organ of the body and any minor disturbance in the heart may lead to the various complications or even death. Males are more prone to heart related problems as compared to females.

Coronary heart disease refers to the blocking of the vessels that supply blood to the heart because of the clots that obstruct the normal flow of blood. That eventually leads to heart attack.

Angina pectoris is a broad term which is related to the pain in the chest region.

Causes:-

  • Hypertension
  • Deficiency of vitamin B
  • Over weight or obesity also leads to heart problems
  • Blood clot formation, i.e, thrombosis
  • Leading sedentary life style

Home Remedies:-

  • Consuming Amla daily is the best remedy to avoid heart problems.
  • Lemon consumption, Juice of beet helps in dissolving the plaques that are formed in the arteries.
  • Consuming two pieces of garlic everyday in boiled milk is good to fight against infection & acts as a natural anti-biotic.
  • Taking Grapes, Apple juice is highly recommend controlling heart muscles.
  • Consuming a good amount of vitamin E in the diet also helps in preventing heart troubles.
  • Brisk walk and every day exercise helps in reducing risk of heart troubles.
  • Don’t smoke as it weaken the arterial a walls, thus leads to heart attack.
  • Consuming excess alcohol has very bad effects on the heart.

Fragrance is everywhere, as already mentioned—from your lipstick, to your body lotion, to your scented candle, from your cat’s collar, to your tide. Bath & body works has added charmed life to a new fragrance to their set of scents designed to make you feel alluring, confident and sensual.

To make your fragrance last longer consider a layering technique using various products of the same perfume. First start with the bath or shower gel and then rub your body with the scented body lotion. Finally apply the perfume.

Perfumes are supposed to make you feel like you are walking on clouds. Some are bolder, some are more subtle, some are fresh and some are sweet. No matter your style, perfumes are supposed to make you smell good, feel confident and good in your own skin.

The processing of making both ladies and men perfume is exactly the same. Typically ladies perfumes have more floral notes and men perfumes are inclined to contain more wood and citrus notes.

Basic Perfume Recipe

The basic Perfume is the simplest one to make in the home. The ingredients needed are water and the fresh chopped flowers. Take a cheese bowl put the chopped flowers pour the water into it. Cover the bowl and keep it for full night. Now the perfume is ready for use. Some Lilac or Lavender can be used instead of using needed flavor flowers.

Suggestions for flowers are Lavender, Lilac, Orange Blossoms or even Honeysuckle. Anything that is highly fragrant works best for homemade perfumes.

So to smell a rose is to teach your soul to skip.

Why not make your own homemade baby oil to moisturize and protect your infant as it soothes with its scent.
Now the question arises, if corn oil is made with corn and peanut oil is made with peanuts, then what is baby oil made with?

Actually Baby oil is made with mineral oil and fragrance by industrial professionals. The Oil is mild and gentle oil that is perfect for use after a bath or shower to help keep moisture in the skin. This lightly scented baby oil helps moisturize and protect the skin to keep it smooth and soft & flaking. This helps for infant massage and parent-baby bonding. Baby Oil has clinically proven to be gentle and mild. Baby Oil is effective for adults’ skin too. It’ll smooth, soften, lubricate, refinish, clean, and so much more. It also has some usual uses for which it really oughtn’t to be used.

1. Give your baby a bath every day and keep baby’s skin clean. Clean baby’s skin gently with mild soap.

2. Moisturize baby’s skin after baths. Baby’s skin becomes dry after bathing. Use baby lotion or oil to keep skin moisturized.

Recipe for Baby Oil:

For daily skin care

3 tbsp. sweet-almond oil
1 tsp. evening-primrose oil
3 drops rose essential oil
2 drops neroli oil

Mix all of the ingredients in a dark bottle with a dropper top, which will help to preserve the oil and prevent bacteria from forming. Shake well before each use. The baby oil will keep for about 6 months.
