Do not use Tromanil MR 100mg/325mg/250mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Nimesulide, Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone

Tromanil MR 100mg/325mg/250mg Tablet contains - Nimesulide, Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone
Nimesulide is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with pain medication and fever reducing properties. Its approved indications are the treatment of acute pain, the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis, and primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents and adults above 12 years old.
Paracetamol thought to produce analgesia by inhibiting prostaglandin and other substances that sensitize pain receptors. Drug may relieve fever through central action in the hypothalamic heat-regulating center.
Chlorzoxazone acts in the central nervous system rather than directly on skeletal muscle. It acts primarily at the spinal cord level and at subcortical areas of the brain and preferentially depresses polysynaptic reflexes.
